Mike Rowney from Hythe Kent. Blimey, what a lot of Rowneys there are. I'll put my brother David onto this site, as he is trying to compile a family tree.I know we are Heugenots from Rouen in France. The name stems from Roeun Nee, and we came accross with William the Conqueror, 10666 and all that. We are also connected to the Rowney paints and pencils family.

Super Component
Hi Simon, Excellent Joomla Component! Just what I've been looking for for a couple of my (J) Sites! I think there are a couple of bugs in it though, in closed.php, line 31 & 34m you have "/components/com_adventcalendar/" in twice. Also, the component assumes that it is being installed in the root folder of a site and I'm trying to install further down the folder tree. I'll see if I can fix it though, if I can, I'll let you know in case you want to include in a future version. Very grateful though, gets me out of a hole!! Hi, I am Michael Rowney, living in South Wales, UK. My Grandfather originally came from Middlesbrough, England. He married my Welsh Grandmother and settled with her in Abertillery, soth Wales. I now live in Cwmbran with my wife and daughter. It's good to know that there are other Rowney's out there as I have not seen or heard of another one in this area!

Hi Simon. My name is Chris Rowney and I live in London but Family live in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. My father was born in Diss, Norfolk but I don't really know the history of the family name.
